Well known for its steaks, chops and prime rib (studded with garlic and slow-roasted on the bone), Johnsons’ Steakhouse harkens back to the great steakhouses of the 1950s. Comfortable booth seating and generously sized tables and chairs envelope guests and encourage enjoying a hearty meal at a slower pace. Views of the mountains and surrounding golf course enhance the dining experience, and our fireplace seating takes away the chill on cool mountain nights.
In addition to premium Angus beef, our menu also features a variety of fine seafood, poultry, and spareribs with our own homemade barbecue sauce. We accommodate guests of all ages and appetites, and from the simplest homemade soup to the most elegant filet, we strive to treat every one of our guests to a premium meal. |

The cocktail lounge at Trinity Alps Golf Course is a favorite gathering place for locals as well as visitors from out of town. Guests can view the entire course from the comfortable lounge seating, or from the bar, which overlooks the first tee. |

Outside seating with handmade Adirondack chairs and scattered umbrellas make a perfect spot for a lazy afternoon conversation. Blacktail deer that are as tame as cattle are usually in view grazing on the course, and are frequently joined by quail, wild turkeys, Great Blue herons and Mallard ducks and Canadian geese.

Two large flat screen televisions, a premium liquor well, large selection of domestic and microbrew beers on tap, and a 1950s vintage Rockola jukebox stuffed with classic blues tunes make the bar at Trinity Alps Golf Course a special place to enjoy a casual time with friends, whether you are a golfer or not. The coin-operated pool table in the adjoining room is in a quiet place to practice or test your skill against a friend.
